Several months ago the doctor told my husband that he had pre-diabetes or pre diabetic . Along with cleaning out the fridge and buying healthy foods I did alot of research. A co-worker told me about (Tips for Effective Diabetes Management) so I ordered it. And have been hooked ever since, very useful information gives great tips on how to manage and possibly reverse diabetes. My husband and I have change our entire lifestyle completly and proudly I have lost 15lbs and my husband 20 and his last doctors appointment went very well his glucose levels decreased significanlty. Def. recommend ordering!
I am confused by the great reviews of this item. I purchased it based on these, but this is NOT a book. It is just a 7 page leaflet, with NO particularly useful info that is not readily available on dozens of websites about diabetes.

This book received mostly terrific reviews. However what I received was not the same item. I received a seven page "introduction" with absolutely no content. There are NO tips in the version I received. What gives ???
Rip off. This book is copied material from the internet and has little useful information that you can find on the net in five minutes.
I, like the other individuals who gave this book a 1 star rating, am confused. There is no substance in any of the seven pages of this document. Folks, don't be misled by the rave reviews. Instead, spend a little more money and get a helpful (actual)book on diabetes management. Actually, if I could give this document a no star rating, I would.
